Shipping and Delivery

Order processing may take up to 7 business days (for US Domestic orders) & 15 business days (for international orders) from the time the order was placed & can vary during the holiday season or drop weekends. We reserve the right to cancel any order at the time of purchase. We have the right to refuse service to any customer. Duties & taxes are included in the cost of international shipping. Youniverse Inc. is not responsible for orders that are not delivered or shipped out in time for a certain deadline that may exist. Youniverse Inc. is not responsible for orders lost in transit or lost at the time of delivery. Youniverse Inc. is not responsible for damaged packages. For any questions about your order once it has left our fulfillment center, the shipping company will provide any information necessary. Please make sure that your correct email address is submitted. Confirmation emails will still send to incorrectly-entered email addresses. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that product. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you complete the checkout process. Please be aware that your purchase will only be final when you have fully completed payment and received a confirmation email.

If you have received your tracking number, your order has been packaged & will be shipped out accordingly the following business day. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Youniverse Inc. is not responsible for events such as lost or stolen packages during the time of transit. Youniverse Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered to a mistyped or invalid address. All California residents will incur sales tax asset by the State of California.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Payment of any duties and taxes is included with the cost of shipping. International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location. Orders are generally received within 10 – 18 days of confirmed shipment and order processing but are subject to change. Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.

Returns & Exchanges

**RETURNS:

 – Can be made for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. The following items are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Sale Items
  • Worn/Washed/Used Items
–  Eligible items can be returned for a refund via the Orders Page in your account
  • Once you have initiated a refund please wait for a personal response from our team before moving forward.
  • Once accepted, our team will send an email with additional information.
  • Send the product back in accordance to the return instruction that you receive.
  • We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving the product in like-new condition.
– Items that are marked as “Sale” will not be eligible for a refund return. 

– Shipping is NOT included in the refund amount.
